Lao Shi told me today that the interview might be out at tonight's wan bao. The interview was done about 2/3 weeks ago.
Somehow the fall affected my writing today, my entire body is sore, must be age. I love writing big characters, and felt that I can express myself better in big characters. The strokes come out stronger and more fluid, or more "fang" as Lao Shi calls it.
I would like to be able to write as well with smaller characters.

Oh my goodness, I fell this morning, into a big drain! Was late for the yearly ritual at pa's tomb, and was trying to be gungho and jump across the drain and slipped. Luckily no broken bones, just some scratches on my ankle and palm. Frightened the life out of Vincent and Ma, and endless nagging from Vincent. Ma said I never change, playful since young and Pa must have protected me or I would have broken a few bones. And she remembered I fractured my arm when I fell from the rambutan tree when I was young.
My buddy reminded me that we are no longer young and agile and she is going to pass me the Vitamin k cream for to prevent scaring. She fell while sms-ing a few months ago and scraped her chin. Gosh, I am so lucky I did not scrape my face on the side of the drain. Vincent thought he has (in his words) "de-gungho" with his constant nagging when I walked down the intermediate ski slope when Min brought me up, plus I did not try the forest trail last year at Niesko. I remembered sliding face down at Grindelwald, Switzerland! How wrong was he!!

So Liz scored highest in her french class. Well when she put her mind into doing something, she can excel. The last time I remembered her putting in efforts for her studies was for sec 2 eoy and she did very well in all subjects. After sec 2 it is minimal efforts all the way to uni. She amazes and yet at the same time exasperates me to no end.

I hope she can excel at St Andrews, to be positive, I am sure she can excel at St Andrews.

With her going away, and Min also planning to go to UK next year, we only have Jer with us. Gosh, the girls are growing up fast.

The moon is really bright and beautiful tonight.
Taken from the terrace of our house.

Forgiveness does not change the past, but it enlarges the future.

Mt Yotei - the top of the mountain is hardly visible during winter, so the locals believe that when you can see the top of Mt Yotei, you should make a wish and your wish will come true.

Playing around the ski slope when the lights are off.

Looking at these photos, wish we could go to skiing again this year end, but we are planning to visit Liz at St Andrews during the her break.
